“I had previously communicated with the host to confirm our time and meeting location. Our tour was supposed to begin at 11am. At 11:10, our driver had not arrived so I called the host. I was informed that they did not have any drivers available and that I would need to go on the tour at 1:30 or get a refund. We decided to wait until 1:30 because we planned our day around seeing the sights on the tour and did not want to deal with getting refunded. So we did the tour at 1:30. Our driver was very nice and I have no complaints regarding our experience with him.…”
