“Was so looking forward to this trip as got it for my husband as part of his Christmas present as part of his Croatian holiday gift. I was very disappointed as it took over 4 hours to reach Mostar. We wasn’t in an air conditioned minivan either it was a full size coach with over 40 people, the air conditioning was not working properly so was very hot in the coach. Was very hard to understand what the coach driver was saying, didn’t even introduce himself or say anything as we left or check our tickets. We wasn’t given a brochures about Mostar just a typed piece of paper. It…”
