“Plitvice is beautiful and our guide mia and sonia made it interesting and fun. They explained exactly as the park would be and kept it informative throughout the trip. The bus was comfortable too. Plitvice is absolutely beautiful and it should nit be skipped when you are in Croatia. We recommend taking a bit of food with you if you are specific about your diet. There are options but are limited in the national park.”

“The ride from Split to Plitvice is 3 hours, so just be prepared. Mia was our guide, she was fun and provided lots of fascinating facts about the part. I would suggest they provide bottles of cold water, we went in June and it was very hot. The bottled water during the excursion is very pricey.”

“Long bus ride, picturesque park with beautiful views, crowded with many congested areas. Guide well-intentioned but didn’t provide any information about the area and its sites during actual time in the park. Timing for planned “lunch” made no sense. Enjoyed the day overall as our one opportunity to explore Croatia beyond the Dalmatian Coast.”

“Poison ivy! Be very careful! It is a long drive and hot, to a beautiful but crowded park where you hurry to wait and take pictures, then a long ride back. Very curvy roads. The big bus was ok but the van smells strongly of polyethylene, both will blast music that one generally hears on hold (big band, jazz, and sometimes arguing).”
