“This company Cancelled our original booking date and boat the day before our tour was due. I booked this months in advance. They said the boat had been damage and had to change the boat and date. Offered refund and I should have taken it. But he sent me a picture of the boat that we would get in exchange and it was very different to the boat we ended up with.
