“The lakes are worth some trouble to see but I can’t recommend doing it this way. Our tour spent 2/3 of the time in the park waiting for slow walkers and other logistics. We spent so much time with that we didn’t even get to walk the lower lakes. Huge disappointment given that we may never get back there. And the transfer was a cluster too. Worked out but we got the last two seats on an uncomfortable bus for a 3 hour trip to Split. Definitely not worth the money.”

Krka - beautiful, we had 2 hours, which is the bare minimum, especially if you want to wander off the main track and explore a little more. Visiting the local family for food was amazing. Tasty food and lots of it. Wine was flowing , no limitation. Surprise visit to another spring fed lake, which was amazing and unexpected.
